Sirmora’s Red Gold Ghoru Cow Ghee is 100% pure Pahadi ghee, crafted from the milk of indigenous Ghoru cows that freely graze across the mountains of Himachal Pradesh, feeding naturally on mountain herbs and grasses. Made using the traditional 400-year-old Handa Charkhi method, not the Bilona method, our ghee takes approximately 25 litres of pure milk to make just 1 litre of ghee. Naturally aromatic, rich and beautifully danedar (grainy), its golden colour comes naturally from the richness of the milk, with no synthetic colouring or artificial enhancement.
