Cold mountain water powers to rotate Stone Chakka (Stone Grinders) to slowly mill premium-quality maize. This age-old process preserves the grain’s natural nutrients, aroma, and authentic taste that modern high-speed mills often loose. No wheat is processed in the mill, minimizing the risk of contamination to ensure pure, authentic quality. Every 100g gives you 7 to 9g of protein, 77g of carbohydrate, and 4g of total fat, making it a healthy and organic addition to your meal.
